Official details. The company details of the service owner are a record rather than a text: the name, the tax and registration numbers and the addresses exist in one form only — the one entered in the Russian state registers — and are therefore not translated. The statutory disclosure has effect in its Russian version — open the original page.
Before the public launch: the owner of the service must fill in on this page the full name of the company (or the sole trader’s full name), the tax and registration numbers, the registered and postal addresses, and a working email address and telephone number for enquiries. These details are not in the repository, so they have deliberately not been filled in: an invented contact is worse than an obviously empty one.
Personal data requests
A request for access to your data, for correction, deletion, restriction of processing or withdrawal of consent is sent through the data request form. It is a working channel: the request reaches the operator of the service and a processing history is kept for it. The rights of the data subject and how they are exercised are described in the personal data processing policy.
For existing clients
If your organisation already has an account, the fastest route is the “Support” section in the account area. A request is opened right there, the reply arrives in the same thread, and the question is already tied to your organisation, your plan and your settings — there is no need to describe them again. The account area and the service emails are in Russian for now.
Signing up
Getting started needs no correspondence: create an organisation on the sign-up page, confirm your email address, and the 14-day trial begins. What the service includes and how it works is on the About the service page.
General enquiries
To be filled in before publication: a working email address for questions, complaints and proposals, and a telephone number if there is going to be one. A separate address for personal data enquiries is given in section 10 of the personal data processing policy — until it appears, the form linked above is the channel.
Company details
Mandatory fields before publication:
- the full name of the organisation or the full name of the sole trader;
- the taxpayer number (INN) and the registration number (OGRN or OGRNIP);
- the registered address;
- the postal address for correspondence;
- a working email address and telephone number;
- the tax regime applied — the wording about VAT in the public offer depends on it.
Until these details are filled in, the service is not ready to accept payment from clients: articles 9 and 10 of the Law of the Russian Federation “On the Protection of Consumer Rights” and article 10 of Federal Law No. 149-FZ require the details of the person providing the services to be disclosed on the site itself.
